Return and Exchange Policy for Thehokofit

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Thehokofit. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact us at support@hokofit.com to request a return or exchange.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item or exchange it for a different size or color.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees or for the cost of returning an item.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support
and we’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a full refund or exchange.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and we’ll send you the correct item at no additional cost.

If you choose to exchange an item for a different size or color, we won’t cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return or exchange once we receive the item.

Please note that this return and exchange policy applies only to purchases made on Thehokofit. If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly to initiate a return or exchange.
